1Introduction and Definitions

bbbaji (hereinafter referred to as "Platform", "we", "our", or "bbbaji") is an online gaming service provider. These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the platform's website https://bbbaji.cam and all services, games, and features connected to it.

In these Terms, "user", "you", or "your" refers to any person registered on the platform or wishing to register. "Services" refers to all gaming, betting, and related activities provided through the bbbaji platform.

1.1 Eligibility Requirements

To register an account on bbbaji, you must provide accurate and complete information. Each individual may only create one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person's name, they will be closed and the associated balances may be forfeited.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

To ensure the security of the bbbaji platform and prevent fraud, we carry out an identity verification process. Before processing a withdrawal request, or at any time, we may ask for the following documents:

• A copy of your National Identity Card (NID) or passport.
• A recent bank statement or mobile banking transaction record.
• Any other relevant documents proving the source of funds.

2.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. If any unauthorised access to your account is detected, notify our support team immediately. You are responsible for any activity carried out on your account by a third party.

3Deposit and Withdrawal Rules

3.1 Deposits

A minimum deposit of ৳200 applies for each method. Please provide accurate payment details when making a deposit. bbbaji will not be responsible for any funds lost due to incorrect information.

3.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Successful withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

4Bonuses and Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. Depositing ৳12,000 or more will earn the maximum bonus of ৳5,000, giving a total balance of ৳17,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times (15x). This means that to withdraw from the bonus amount, you must place bets totalling 15 times the bonus amount. Example: to withdraw a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place bets equivalent to ৳15,000.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• The bonus benefit may only be claimed once.
• The wagering requirement must be met within the specified time limit — if the deadline passes, the bonus will be forfeited.
• All bets placed with bonus funds are subject to bbbaji's fair gaming policy.
• bbbaji reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.
• If any unusual betting pattern or bonus abuse is detected, the bonus will be cancelled.

5VIP Program

The bbbaji VIP program has three tiers. Each tier comes with a weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze — Up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Silver — Up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Gold — Up to 1.2% weekly cashback

Users can advance to higher VIP tiers based on their regular gaming activity. VIP tier benefits are subject to change and bbbaji reserves the right to modify the VIP program terms at any time. Wagering requirements may also apply to cashback benefits.

6Fair Play Policy and Prohibited Activities

6.1 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bbbaji platform:

• Fraud, hacking, or any form of cybercriminal activity.
• Creating multiple accounts under the same person's name.
• Bonus abuse — meaning strategic betting carried out solely for the purpose of fulfilling bonus requirements.
• Operating an account using another person's identity.
• Gaming using bots or automated software.
• Money laundering or the use of illegal funds.
• Harassing or behaving improperly towards other users.

6.2 Consequences of Violations

If any of the above activities are found, bbbaji may permanently close the relevant account without notice and forfeit all balances in the account. The right to take legal action is also reserved where necessary.

7Gaming Rules and Technical Errors

7.1 Game Results

All game results on the bbbaji platform are determined by a verified Random Number Generator (RNG) system. There is no possibility of manipulating game results — the outcome of every bet is completely independent and unaffected by previous results.

7.2 Technical Errors

Any wins or losses incorrectly displayed due to a technical error, server issue, or software bug are not valid. In such situations, bbbaji may void the game result and refund the bet amount. bbbaji will not be liable for any claims arising from technical errors.

7.3 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits are set for each game and market. Users may place bets within the limits displayed on the game interface.

8Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

The copyright for games and related content from third-party game providers (Pragmatic Play, Spribe, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, etc.) is held by the respective companies.

11Limitation of Liability

bbbaji will not bear any responsibility in the following situations:

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bbbaji's total liability will in no case exceed the total amount deposited by the user in the last 30 days.

12Account Closure and Changes to Terms
